An underarm sweat pad looks like the simplest product in the world: a soft absorbent shape with an adhesive strip, made to sit inside a sleeve and catch sweat before it reaches your shirt. Line seven of them up side by side, though, and the differences stop being cosmetic. Some are shaped to disappear into a set-in sleeve seam; others are cut for a looser, boxier fit. Some peel off clean; others leave a faint web of adhesive behind. One pack is vacuum-sealed with no wrapper between pads; another gives you two individually sealed pads at a time, ready for a jacket pocket.

Staying in place and clean removal are separate concerns. In our collection notes, loose or shifting pads were the largest coded complaint theme for CANAGROW, OTTOLIVES, MAQIHAN, BESARME and Kleinert's. Reports of adhesive left on fabric also recur. These are patterns in selected feedback, not failure rates or proof of one underlying cause.
SWEARX has a smaller critical-review subset, while the recorded LARUOOUU sample consists of positive Vine reviews. Evidence about recurring problems is therefore not equally strong across the seven products.
Absorbency complaints were less prominent than adhesion complaints in the notes for those five products. That does not establish absorption capacity or suitability for heavy sweating.
